Selection process

​

Based on the materials collected through referrals, scouts, and applications, the primary document screening will be conducted, and those who will pass the secondary screening will be determined. In the second screening, additional materials will be reviewed.At the third screening (interview), minors will be interviewed with their guardians. At the end of the third screening, the final screening will decide whether or not to form a business partnership.
 

The selection process is as follows.

The first screening will take about a month from the arrival of the documents (deadline in the case of planning auditions), and only successful applicants will be contacted. If there is no contact for a maximum of two months from the date of application, it will be disqualified.
Please refrain from contacting us by phone, as only successful applicants will be notified of the results of the primary screening.

• The "additional materials" for the second screening will be the photos and videos that you want.

• We will not return any documents or materials sent to us.

• We do not accept inquiries regarding acceptance.

• Please refrain from coming directly to us with materials as we will not be able to accommodate you.

Precautions when applying

About application photos

• The application photos are two pieces of "face photo" and "full body photo" taken within the last three months.

• Please attach an image taken with a digital camera or smartphone, or a scanned image.

• Photos are very important for judging. Please refrain from out-of-focus photos and group photos as it is difficult to judge.

• Please try to wear no makeup or natural makeup for your face photo.

• Please refrain from using purikura images or images processed with apps, etc. (including retouching).

• Please avoid clothes that make it difficult to judge the balance of the whole body, such as long sleeves, long skirts, and baggy pants.

• If there is any incompleteness or perjury in the content, it may be invalidated.

• We do not respond to inquiries regarding the examination status or selection results after application.

• We do not accept demo tapes, etc., or direct interviews.

• There are no audition participation fees or selection fees.

• Personal information received during the screening will be managed based on our privacy policy.

• The recommender must obtain the consent of the recommender.

• Consent from a parent or guardian is required for minors to apply. If you are applying by mail, please send it after filling in the consent signature of the guardian.
  In addition, applicants applying online will not be able to verify the consent signature of a parent or guardian during the screening process. Applicants who pass the first screening through online application will be required to send additional materials for the second screening, so please enclose the signed consent of a parent or guardian at that time.
